Flawed Not Fraud TV, the Flawed Not Fraud Media Network platform, and all associated branding, logos, names, layouts, code, audio, video, artwork, AI-generated assets, show formats, and underlying infrastructure are the exclusive property of Siyata Knight and Flawed Not Fraud Media Network. No person or entity is granted any right, title, or interest in this work except as expressly stated here.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Flawed Not Fraud TV for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to copy, clone, redistribute, rebrand, resell, scrape, or build derivative works from any part of the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time — see our deletion page or in-app option.
If you upload content (creator media, comments, or profile info), you retain your rights but grant Flawed Not Fraud Media Network a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, encode, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Any unauthorized taking, copying, cloning, or use of Flawed Not Fraud TV's intellectual property, branding, code, content, or infrastructure is theft.Flawed Not Fraud Media Network reserves the right to pursue every available civil and criminal remedy, including claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade-dress infringement, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment. Violators may be held liable for actual damages, statutory damages, treble damages where applicable, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief.
If you believe content hosted on Flawed Not Fraud TV infringes a copyright you own, or to report unauthorized use of Flawed Not Fraud Media Network's property, contact our copyright agent at legal@flawednotfraud.com. Include: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. We respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawed Not Fraud Media Network and Siyata Knight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
"Flawed Not Fraud TV", "Flawed Not Fraud", "FNF TV", the FNF logo, and related marks are proprietary trademarks of Flawed Not Fraud Media Network. Unauthorized use of any such mark is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chicago, Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
