Your Privacy Choices

This page lets you manage your privacy preferences and exercise your rights over your personal data. You can use this page as Apple's optional User Privacy Choices URL.

1. Delete Your Account & Data

Request full deletion of your account and personal data. This is permanent. Visit our Delete Account page or use the in-app option.

2. Access or Correct Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information. Email legal@flawednotfraud.com with "Data Access Request" or "Data Correction" in the subject line.

3. Opt Out of Marketing & Notifications

• Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email legal@flawednotfraud.com.
• Push notifications: Disable in your device settings (iOS Settings → Flawed Not Fraud TV → Notifications, or Android app info → Notifications), or in-app under your profile.
• Service/transactional emails: These (account security, receipts) are sent as needed and cannot be opted out.

4. Opt Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. Some US state laws (e.g., California's CCPA) define "sale" or "sharing" broadly. Because we do not sell or share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out is required — but you may still request we limit any such use by emailing legal@flawednotfraud.com.

5. Limit Use of Sensitive Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or genetic data) for the Service's core features. If you believe we hold sensitive data and wish to limit its use, email legal@flawednotfraud.com.

6. Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on consent (e.g., marketing, certain analytics), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Email legal@flawednotfraud.comor use the controls above.

7. Regional Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have specific rights. We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law (typically 30–45 days).
