Flawed Not Fraud TV, the Flawed Not Fraud Media Network platform, and all associated branding, logos, names, layouts, code, audio, video, artwork, AI-generated assets, show formats, and underlying infrastructure are the exclusive property of Siyata Knight and Flawed Not Fraud Media Network.

All content, source structure, brand identity, and proprietary workflows originated with and are authored by Siyata Knight. No person or entity is granted any right, title, or interest in this work except as expressly stated here.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Flawed Not Fraud TV for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to copy, clone, redistribute, rebrand, resell, scrape, or build derivative works from any part of the platform.

The following are expressly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:

• Cloning, copying, or replicating the platform's design, layout, branding, or code.
• Reusing the Flawed Not Fraud TV name, logos, or brand assets without written authorization.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data, media, or assets from the platform.
• Building any product, website, app, or service that derives from or imitates Flawed Not Fraud TV.
• Reverse-engineering, redeploying, or hosting any part of the platform's infrastructure.
• Using the platform's backend endpoints, stream URLs, or APIs outside the official app.

Any unauthorized taking, copying, cloning, or use of Flawed Not Fraud TV's intellectual property, branding, code, content, or infrastructure is theft. Such theft is a direct violation of these Terms and of applicable federal and state intellectual-property law, including copyright and trademark protections.

Flawed Not Fraud Media Network reserves the right to pursue every available civil and criminal remedy against any person or entity that engages in such theft, including claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade-dress infringement, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment. Violators may be held liable for actual damages, statutory damages, treble damages where applicable, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief.

The fact that a third-party site or service visually or structurally resemblesFlawed Not Fraud TV does not constitute authorization. If it was not created or approved bySiyata Knight, it is unauthorized and will be treated as infringing.

If you believe that content hosted on Flawed Not Fraud TV infringes a copyright you own, or if you wish to report unauthorized use of Flawed Not Fraud Media Network's property elsewhere, contact the designated copyright agent:
